Pop-corns (plane, no butter or cheese, but use sea solt) and apples. And water of course.
Corn is good – nourishing and cleaning body. Apples are good as well – so they say. Try, but don’t cheat. You are alowed piece of “cooking chocolate” and nothing else – at least a few days, eat as much as you want. Some pop-corns then some apple, then some pop-corns then some apple, and merry go round. 🙂
You may not loose much weight, but you’ll give your body a rest from food and let your metabolizam react and wake up realizing it has to do somthing – take suger from your fat.
