This is the problem most of us facing. I don’t like that I smoke, but still smoking. I can’t even stand to go into a room that smells on cigarettes. And I don’t like to push myself to something, like to force myself to deprive myself from something – it feels like punishing myself. Plus I’ve learned that if you get rid of some habit – any- by force, will power, habit is going to express itself as something else, like overeating, pills, obsessive behavior or what ever, and I don’t want to change one habit with other. I want to quit by dealing and get rid of the cause that made me start smoking in a first place. Thus I’m looking for easy and natural way to quit.
